Our cadoxton Campaigns 2024/2025

taking responsibility

What does this mean?
“A whole-school campaign focused on responsibility can empower all to take ownership of their actions in areas like attendance, learning, and behaviour. The campaign is about promoting children's rights and allowing our children to lead on school decisions.  By integrating restorative practices, children can actively engage in resolving conflicts and understanding the impact of their actions. Encouraging a sense of shared responsibility will create a culture of mutual respect, where everyone contributes to a positive, supportive learning environment”

digital wellness

What does this mean?

“This campaign involves us understanding the impact of social media and technology on our school community. We need to plan aims for each phase and encourage safe and responsible use. When used thoughtfully, social media can build a positive school culture and enhance learning through digital wellness”.

belonging and inclusion

What does this mean?

“This campaign focuses on diversity, inclusivity, and anti-racism.  It explores how we allow all our families to feel welcome and a sense of belonging. The campaign should celebrate the diverse cultures within the school community while promoting empathy, respect, and understanding. By embedding anti-racism into the curriculum and encouraging active participation from all stakeholders the campaign will help build a more equitable and welcoming school environment where everyone feels valued. This is linked to our journey to becoming a school of sanctuary”.
